– How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
Any return or exchange must be made within one month from the date of the order confirmation email. Additionally, you have the right to return or exchange any item purchased online within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. However, there will be no refund, only an exchange for items of equal or greater value that are in stock. Any exchange can only be made in a physical store.
– Do I have to pay anything to return or exchange an item?
Our customer service will inform you of this situation. If the return or exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or problematic item within the legally provided 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, the costs will be covered by the Miguel Oliveira Fan Club.
For the return or exchange to be processed, the item must not have been used or washed and must be in the same condition as it was sent. After the Miguel Oliveira Fan Club receives the item, if it does not meet the aforementioned conditions, the return or exchange will not be processed.
Additionally, items that are damaged due to washing errors will not be exchanged, as the Miguel Oliveira Fan Club is not responsible for improper use/washing.
Items must be complete with all their components and include the respective identification tags.
Returns or exchanges can only be made for another item of a different size or model. However, the return or exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value that is in stock. Any exchange can only be made in a physical store.
It is not possible to return or exchange personalized items. Similarly, it is not possible to return or exchange items purchased prior to a promotional campaign for products currently on promotion/sale.

The Miguel Oliveira Fan Club reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated outside the return period or items that are not in the same condition as received.
