– Where can I receive my order?
Your order can be delivered to any address you choose (home, work, etc. – never to a P.O. Box).
– Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
Yes.
– How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the workload of CTT Expresso. Once we confirm payment for the ordered items, orders are handed over to the carrier within 2 to 10 business days.
– How much do I pay for delivery service?
Please contact our customer service if the item you’re interested in from our online store doesn’t clearly show this information.
– Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number for your order as soon as it’s shipped, allowing you to track it in real-time.
– How does the home delivery process work?
If you selected home delivery, we’ll send you an email confirming your item has been shipped (once it leaves our physical store), another with the tracking number (with a link to the carrier’s website), and finally, the carrier will send you a text message or email with more delivery details.
– What to do in case of loss?
Loss, misplacement, or receipt of damaged items is not the responsibility of the Miguel Oliveira Fan Club, but of the carrier company. We photographically document all shipments and their proper packaging.
